Reservations
Reservations are based on arrival & departure dates.
Confirmations will be emailed upon receipt of a deposit.
Deposits
A $750.00 deposit is required within 7 days to secure your reservation and balance is due on April 1, 2024.
A $350.00 cleaning deposit is required as a credit card hold to be released after 7 days of departure if the cottage is left to management's satisfaction.
Payment Methods
Payments may be made with Mastercard, Visa, or Discover. All payments will be processed using 1 card.
Personal checks are accepted for deposits if received within 7 days.
Cancellations/Refunds
Cancellations forfeit all payments.
There will be no refunds. Please understand that the commitment we make to you requires your commitment to us.
Miscellaneous
Subletting accommodations is prohibited.
Advertised rates are for advance reservations.
Accommodations are for registered guests only, day trippers or visitors are not allowed on the property.
There is no smoking allowed.
There are no pets allowed.
Pool no longer available.
