The Studio

The Studio is attached to the side of Oceanfront Cottage #3 and a full renovation was completed in 2020.

Offering a queen size bed, fully equipped kitchenette, Wi-Fi, swimming pool, BBQ grill, air conditioning and parking for 1 car. With an extended deck and stunning views of Old Orchard Beach, the Studio is an ideal location for 1 or 2 people.

Come experience the beach in a sunny private location as the waves lull you to sleep each evening.

Weekly rentals Sunday through Sunday.

Advertised rates are for advanced reservations. Rates are subject to change without notice.

If the party arrives with more people (including children of any age) than agreed to, the reservation may be cancelled without refund.

Rates do not include Maine state lodging tax.
